Google My Business is a free tool for businesses to connect with customers on Google Search and Maps. Learn how to create/claim your Business Profile on Google, and update information including business name, location, and hours; manage your business information across Google Search and Maps; connect with potential customers and monitoring and responding to customer reviews. Rather you have a growing business, start-up business or still in the process of deciding about becoming an entrepreneur this workshop is for you! Bring your own laptop and have a Google account already created to complete your Google My Business account during the workshop.
