Having challenges with understanding where to begin with your business plan, and what components are required? The Business Plan Overview session will give business owners the ability to walk-away knowledgeable of the key objectives needed for a professional plan. If you're just starting or a seasoned business, this workshop is for you. Groopwork will explain how o figure out your customer, find your customer, reach your customer, provide value to your customer, discover your cost structure, determine your revenue structure, and design your client acquisition process.
