In this workshop, women entrepreneurs will learn why momentum is important in every stage of your business, why it must be maintained for the duration of your business, and how to master momentum in order to increase forward motion in your business. Learning Objectives: • Identify the difference between being productive vs. busy and the importance of ongoing productivity • How to set clear and concise daily goals that keep the momentum high in your business • Mastering a “Momentum Mindset” (including eliminating toxic thoughts and creating empowering affirmations) • Eliminating energy drains (things that are left undone, incomplete, or unresolved) • How to avoid burnout and decreased momentum by getting laser focused on one objective at a time instead of multitasking • The urgency of staying connected to sources of “fuel” in your journey (communities of like-minded people who elevate and accelerate your growth) • Incorporating discipline and time awareness strategies in order to increase momentum • Learning to celebrate both risks & wins to boost your confidence • Staying curious and exploring creative new ideas in your business • Including self-care & rejuvenation as a mandatory part of your journey to maintain momentum • Reminding yourself of the “proof” you already have to stay energized about your next level of success (5-Day #IAmEnoughChallenge)
