My Dear Sista - is a VIRTUAL platform for African American Women and Women of Color designed to be a safe place for US to share what we have seen and have experienced over the past several months.  This platform is designed for African American Women and Women of Color who in many ways have been made to feel left out, marginalized, devalued, and forgotten.  We want to take this time to capitalize on EMPOWERMENT!!!  Empowerment for WOMEN – Increasing Capacity!! – Redefining Leadership!!! and Encouraging Vision!!!      We are encouraging our participants to BREATHE – B - Be Empowered and Encouraged R – Release & Reset old mind sets E – Engage in Meaningful Conversation A – Acquire Your Power & Position by T – Talking about your Feelings & Concerns to H – Heal your Heart and E – Embrace the authentic you We would love it if you could join us on Saturday, January 16th.
