My Dear Sista - is a VIRTUAL platform for African American Women and Women of Color designed to be a safe place for US to share what we have seen and have experienced over the past several months. This platform is designed for African American Women and Women of Color who in many ways have been made to feel left out, marginalized, devalued, and forgotten. We want to take this time to capitalize on EMPOWERMENT!!! Empowerment for WOMEN – Increasing Capacity!! – Redefining Leadership!!! and Encouraging Vision!!!
